In 2013, Nabob challenged us to come up with a unique publicity campaign around their new BOLD blends. Using an existing institution, we delivered ‘High Coffee’ across the country, working with Breakfast Television and some of the top culinary schools in Canada.
Need a break from brunch? Tired of ‘taking tea’? We ensured that things were brewing both on social media and across traditional outlets. Working with chefs in five cities, we executed televised recipe demonstrations that featured coffee pairings and highlighted how viewers could host their own High Coffee event.
The campaign was expanded in Vancouver & Toronto as we worked with the Nabob team and local event planners to host a free outdoor High Coffee experience in each city. Sweet and savoury treats were served to seated guests alongside six Nabob coffee blends in high traffic locations, inspiring passers-by to take a moment for themselves in the middle of a busy day. Strangers sat together at large tables, sipping coffee, tasting gourmet foods and making conversation.
High Coffee is an ongoing publicity project as we continue to work with Nabob on social media strategy.
